1.ADD MORE KEYWORDS TO REFINE YOUR SEARCHES
By typing in more keywords, Yadle will consider all the keywords you use and this will reduce the number of search results you get

2.SEARCH BY TAGS COMBINED TO KEYWORDS
Use tags combined to keywords to refine your searches
EXAMPLE: Typing #image and the word train (ex. #image train) will search for all train images

3.ADD YOUR OWN TAGS TO FIND FILES FASTER
EXAMPLE: If you add a tag called cat and then search for #cat, Yadle will only look for files that have the tag cat

4.SEARCH FOR FILES FROM ANY DEVICE ANYWHERE
Log into your Yadle account online from anywhere to search and get files stored anywhere

5.REMEMBER THE BASIC SYSTEM TAGS AVAILABLE ON YADLE
Some of the basic system tags available on Yadle include: #image, #video, #audio, #document

6.USE THE (MINUS) SIGN TO EXCLUDE FILES
Use the - (minus) sign to exclude certain files from your searches
EXAMPLE: Typing #image –jpg will search for all image files minus JPEG image file formats

7.USE THE * BEFORE OR AFTER A WORD IF YOU ARE NOT SURE OF WHAT IS THERE
When you are not sure what is before or after a word, use the star before or after
EXAMPLE:
Using *budget will find matches that have one or a few words before the word budget AND
using budget* will find matches with one or few words after the word budget

8.SEARCHING FOR A SENTENCE
Putting several keywords inside " " will search f or a sentence
EXAMPLE: Searching for “this is a phrase” will search for files that have the sentence this is a phrase

9.USE THE ? WHEN YOU ARE NOT SURE OF A CHARACTER
Use ? as single character wildcard when you don’t know if the term is plural or singular
EXAMPLE: Typing in dog? will find dog and dogs AND typing budget?? will look for the word budget with two characters after the word budget

10.USE THE @ TO LIMIT YOUR SEARCHES
Use the @size> or @size< allow you to search for files lower or greater in size than X
EXAMPLE: Searching for #image @size>100k will find all images whose size is over 100K
